CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 32(FIN) am S An Act relating to                          
administrative proceedings involving a determination of eligibility for        
a permanent fund dividend or authority to claim a dividend on behalf           
of another; and providing for an effective date which had been held            
on reconsideration (page 2361) was before the Senate.                          
                                                                               
Senator Miller, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous              
consent that the bill be held to the February 13 calendar.  Senator            
Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being no                  
further objections, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 32 (FIN) am S will                   
appear in third reading on reconsideration on the February 13                  
calendar.
